24 h Cancellation Policy
In case the student needs to cancel the private instruction: If the cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the scheduled lessons, the lessons can be rescheduled at no charge. If the cancellation occurs later, the cancelled lessons must be paid in full.

Private Instruction Policy
It is important to note that once you have been matched with one of our instructors and once you have decided to receive lessons from him/her by setting up the first meeting, you must purchase the lessons through the office of Seattle Languages International and not directly through the instructor. Should you wish to continue to take private lessons after your first package has been completed, further instruction with your instructor must be rearranged through Seattle Languages International.
