SAVE AND RENT YOUR TEXTBOOK!
Save on your textbooks!
Students, remember to include the price of the textbook in the equation! Some language schools may try to circumvent the fact that some of their textbooks cost a lot (some over $100) by simply not listing the prices of their class material, thus trying to create the feeling that their tuition is more affordable.
We are straightforward. Our books are listed with their prices and ISBN numbers, and most of our books for our very popular classes such as SPANISH, FRENCH, ITALIAN and GERMAN can be rented inexpensively for $10 for the duration of the entire class.
Additionally, we stock most of our books at our school, giving our students the convenience of coming to their first class hassle free, without having to worry about class material, edition discrepancies, shipping delays and incurring the risk of buying a book for a class that might be cancelled thus leaving the students with an expensive book in their hands and no class to take.
If you are taking a 20-hour SPANISH, FRENCH, ITALIAN OR GERMAN group class you may rent your textbook for $10. 4 reasons why renting a textbook may be a good idea: 1) It is much cheaper than purchasing a book. 2) If you were not to continue your language instruction you could return it. (See our book policy below or call us if you have any questions.) 3) Hey, some schools may require class material which may cost over a $150. Just think, $150 could actually get you over half of your next class! 4) For those who want to purchase the textbook. Our language school offers slightly used books at a very reasonable rate. These textbooks are available for 20-hour Spanish, Italian, French and German classes.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST: How can you save on textbooks? Ask for the 10 or 13 digit ISBN number and shop around & compare.
Book Rental Policy: As a student you can rent the textbook for $10 for the duration of the course. The book the student will receive is property of Seattle Languages International. The student will pay a deposit of $25 in order to keep it for the length of this entire class. If the book is returned to Seattle Languages International not later than 5 days after the last class session has terminated, Seattle Languages International will reimburse the student the deposit of $25. If the book is not received by Seattle Languages International by that day or if the book is used beyond reasonable wear, the $25 will not be refunded. The deposit & rent is not included in the tuition. It may be paid at the first class by check or cash. Students may also purchase the text book from other book vendors.
